Department of English, Thunchan Memorial Govt. College, Tirur started in1980 during the starting of the college, has always been the prime faculty of the college with its committed participation in all-round development, academic as well as co-academic, of the institution. The Department offers Integrated MA Programme in English and Common course ( First Language) to UG students of Departments of Mathematics, Commerce, Physics, Malayalam and Arabic.
